Who we are

Fury Mode is the trading name of the business operating this website and selling Fury Mode energy drinks. For data protection purposes we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. When you place an order we also collect your delivery address and the details needed to fulfil and invoice it.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, not to profile you.

We do not ask for, and do not want, special category data: health information, biometric data, or anything about your race, religion, politics or sexuality. Please do not include it in a contact message.

Why we use it

To answer you. If you contact us, we use your details to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

To fulfil orders. Processing payment, shipping your order, handling returns and meeting our tax and accounting obligations.

To keep the site working and safe. Diagnosing faults, blocking abuse, and understanding aggregate traffic patterns.

To send marketing, but only if you have asked for it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Our legal basis

Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (fulfilling your order); legitimate interests (replying to enquiries, securing the site, basic analytics); consent (marketing email and any non-essential cookies); and legal obligation (keeping financial records).

Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to do their job for us: our hosting and CDN provider, our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email delivery provider. Each is bound by contract to use the data only on our instructions.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks for their own purposes.

We will disclose information if a law, court order or regulator validly requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside your country. Where personal information leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards the transfer needs.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries: 24 months from your last message, then deleted.

Order and payment records: seven years, because tax law requires it.

Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.

Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also object to processing we base on legitimate interests, and opt out of marketing at any time.

Email info@furymodeenergy.com to exercise any of these. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.

If you think we have got something wrong, you are entitled to complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim ours is — but we do commit to telling you and the relevant regulator promptly if a breach affects your data.

Children

Energy drinks are not intended for children, and this site is not directed at them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant we will say so prominently rather than relying on you noticing a new date.
